We are now accepting applications for Retail and Event Marketing Consultants and Entry-Level Managers for our recent office expansions. We are seeking a Customer Service -Event Reps Needed- FULL TIME/PAID TRAINING to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
?Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

More Responsibilities:
· The Core responsibility of an Entry Level Retail / Event Marketing Rep is to establish strong customer relations while representing national and local clients professionally
· You will also attend and participate in meetings to increase marketing and training abilities while honing in on the leadership skill sets to prepare for management.
· You will also be completing relevant paperwork accurately and in a timely manner and continually updating your product and market knowledge
